Achea is a mental health advocate, author of "Be Free. Be You.," and founder of Real Girls F.A.R.T., an organization that empowers and equips women to use their voices and become their best authentic selves. She is the official sponsor of Nationwide Children's Hospital's "On Our Sleeves" campaign and the keynote speaker for the YWCA Activist and Agitators event. She and her husband Michael have two children.
