Dave is a co-founder and the executive director of CityUnite, which helps government, business, and faith leaders unite around common causes. He also has many years of pastoral experience, including four years in youth ministry. Prior to that he was a high school teacher for three years. He and his wife, Lauren, have four children and are based in the Denver, Colorado, area.
